How to Enable Delete Confirmation Dialog on Windows 10

Some users who have updated their operating system to Windows 10 may notice that the delete confirmation dialog doesn't show up when they delete a file. For a fraction of users, this may be another way to save excessive operations. But it deters unintentional deletion from being checked.
