Fixed: Network Icon Disappeared From Taskbar in Windows 10
Since computer users often configure wireless settings in different scenarios, putting the Network icon in taskbar is a default setting in Windows 10.
It annoys some users when they find the icon is missing from the taskbar. If you are one of them, Here are two easy ways to cope with the problem.
By Clicking the up arrow beside the notification area, you can see hidden icons.
Step 1: Right-click on the Taskbar and choose ‘Taskbar settings’.
Step 2: Scroll the right page to the ‘Notification area’.
Another problem users could encounter is that the status of Network fails to indicate the true situation. For instance, you can browse the web but the icon shows disconnection. If that happens, the following steps should serve well.
Step 1: Right-click on the empty area of the Taskbar to open the Task Manager.
Step 2: Under the Processes tab, Right-click on the Windows Explorer, and then click on Restart.
Then the network icon should work.
