How to Disable Atuomatic Driver Updates via Group Policy in Windows 10

The computer is such a sophisticated body that there are so many accessories needed to fulfill its potential.
And those hardware and software need updates to keep pace with the computer. So it would be annoying if users had to update every driver manually. Hence with default settings, Windows 10 will automatically update all the drivers on your computer. And for users who want to disable it for varied reasons, refer to the following steps to learn how to do so.

Step 1: Press Win + R to open Run, and then type in Gpedit.msc.


Step 2: In the Local Group Policy Editor window, navigate to Computer configuration > Administrative templates > Windows components > Windows Update.


Step 3: On the right page, scroll down to find Do not include drivers with Windows Update. Double-click to edit it.


Step 4: Check off Enabled and then click on OK.
