How to Change Mobile Hotspot Name and Password in Windows 10

Mobile Hotspot is one of the handy features offered by Windows 10 that allows users to share the internet connection with other devices, freeing them from the trouble of installing a third-party tool to forge a Wi-Fi hotspot. When the mobile hotspot is set, the system will automatically generate a computer network name and a strong password. But it may be too long for some users. To change it, please refer to the following steps.

Step 1: Press Win + I to open Settings.

Step 2: Navigate to Network & Internet > Mobile hotspot.

Step 3: Click on Edit on the right page.

Step 4: Replace the Network name and the Network password.
