How to Change Your Computer Name via Settings in Windows 10

The computer name is needed when you want to establish a connection between multiple PCs or share files on a network. If users don't set it, the computer name will look like a string of random numbers and letters, preventing users from recognizing and remembering it. To create an identifiable and interesting name, use the following steps:

Step 1: Press Win + I to open Settings.

Step 2: Navigate to System > About.
