Fix Error Code 800704B8-0x3001A in Windows 10

Users who try upgrading to Windows 10 or a new update from Microsoft may occasionally encounter the error code, 800704B8-0x3001A, which sends a signal that there is an operating system error. If you are experiencing the same problem, you can perform a clean boot to fix it. Use these steps to perform a clean boot:

Step 1: Make sure that you have signed in to the computer as an administrator.

Step 2: Press Win + Q. Type in msconfig in the Search bar and open it.

Step 3: Switch to the Services tab, uncheck the box next to the Hide all Microsoft services, and click the Disable all option.

Step 6: Close Task Manager.
