How to Disable Sign-in Options in Windows 10
Users who want to make some changes to those sensitive settings, such as password, Security Key, and PIN, can go the Sign-in page in Windows Settings. While the fact that Windows has eased the appoarch to changing those options is may sound good for some users, certain troubles has been triggered by it. Since it allows other users of the same computer the accessiblity of those settings, it may jeopardize some precious data stored on the computer by the owner of the computer. So, if you are concerned about this alarming prospect, you can use the following steps to disable Sign-in options.
Step 1: Press Win + Q, type in Registry Editor.
Step 2: Navigate to AllowSignInOptions by trace the following path.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\PolicyManager\default\Settings\AllowSignInOptions
Step 3: Double-click on the Value entry on the right page.
Step 4: Set the Value data as 0.
Step 5: Click on OK to confirm the setting.
