How to Enable or Disable Add-Ons in Private Mode on Firefox

Browser extensions are important tools the user of Firefox can download and install at will. They play an important role in enhancing the performance of the browser and user experience. Users can turn on a specific add-on to be active in the private mode. Although the setting is disabled by default, you can enable it manually by using these steps:

Step 1: Launch the Firefox browser.

Step 2: Click the Menu button.

Step 3: Select Add-ons on the menu.

Step 4: Click on the Extensions option on the left panel.

Step 5: Click the add-on/extension.

Step 6: Scroll down to find the Run in Private option.

Step 7: Click the Allow button.
