Step 1: Type in Control Panel in the Search bar and open it.

Step 2: Click on Power Options.

Step 3: Click on the Change plan settings link on the right page and then Change advanced power settings.

Step 4: Scroll down to expand the Process power management tree and then the Minimum processor state entry.

Step 5: Change the Minimum processor state to 100%.

Step 6: Click on OK to confirm the change.
