How to Reset GPU Preferences for Apps to Default in Windows 10

Microsoft has recently brought about a new Graphics setting that allows users to set specific graphics performance preference for respective applications. Preferences adapted to boost a specific application can provide better application performance and save battery life. So, if you are interested in how to change the setting, refer to the following guide:

Step 1: Press Win + I to open Settings.

Step 2: Navigate to System > Display

Step 3: Scroll down the right page to look for Graphics settings.

Step 4: Expand the drop-down menu to select a application the GPU preference of which you want to reset.

Step 5: Click on Options and select an option.

Step 6: Click on Save to confirm the change.
