How to Create and Manage Storage Spaces via Windows 10 Settings

The Settings app in Windows 10 is a unified center for users to configure their Windows 10 PCs and make the computer work in a more efficient way. From enabling or disabling connectivity options to re-figuring your computer, a user can set many features via the Settings application. You can even undertake some tasks that would have required a legacy interface.

Managing and Creating disk storage spaces is one of those tasks. In the earliest versions of Windows 10 and its older variants, a legacy interface would have been needed to create and manage hard drive volumes. Now, however, users can manage storage space via the Settings app. If you are concerned about how to do so, refer to the following instructions:

Step 1: Press Win + I to open the Settings app.

Step 2: Navigate to System > Storage.

Step 3: Scroll down the right pane to look for a section titled Manage Storage Spaces.

Step 4: Click on it to manage your storage spaces.
