How to Change Time to 24-Hour Format in Windows 10

In Windows 10, with default settings, the clock displayed at the lower-right corner shows time in 12-hour format. Users who want the 24-hour format may get frustrated when trying to configure the clock via Settings because it doesn't offer the way to do so. Instead, they should use the classical Control Panel to change the setting.

Step 1: Press Win + Q and type in Control Panel to open it.
