How to Add a Local Printer in Windows 10

Step 1: Connect your printer to the computer.

Step 2: Turn the printer on.

Step 3: Press Win + I to open Windows Settings.

Step 4: Navigate to Devices Printers & scanners.

Step 5: Click on the plus sign button labeled Add a printer or scanner on the right page.

Step 6: Wait for the computer to search for your Printer.

Step 7: After the scanning, it will display a list of available devices. 

Step 8: Select the one you want and click on the Add device button.
