Step 1: Launch Microsoft Word.
Step 2: Click on the File button in the upper-left corner.
Step 3: Navigate to Options > Customize Ribbon.
Step 4: Expand the drop-down menu next to the Customizations option on the left pane.
Step 5: Click on Reset all customizations and then confirm it.
